Wholesale Order Minimums:
Minimum Initial Order: $300
Minimum Reorder: $100
Wholesale Terms & Credit:
New accounts must prepay with credit card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
Net 30 orders will not be shipped until credit is approved.
Credit terms are 30 days from date of invoice and payable by check only.
A monthly charge of 5% of the outstanding balance may be assessed on past due accounts.
Past due accounts will be put on hold and may require prepayment on future orders.
Wholesale Returns/Damages
Requests to return shipped goods must be made within thirty days from the date of receipt. Returns are accepted in the case of order discrepancies or damaged goods upon arrival. In the case of a customer return due to breakage or damage, we will replace pieces up to six months from date sold to customer.
Please contact us with the invoice number pertaining to the item you wish to return. Upon approval, a return authorization number will be provided. A copy of your invoice must accompany the returned item. We will promptly credit your account or replace the merchandise.
